Seat up to 60 guests in our 400 year old restored barn.
The cosy Hen House with it’s comfy seating and fully licensed bar, is perfect for welcome drinks or breakout sessions. There’s also a courtyard with views of the estate. -
The Cow Shed
An open plan, versatile space seating up to 140 guests.
With a comfortable lounge seating area and fully licensed bar and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. -

Settle in for your morning welcome presentation or workshops before your mid-morning break and snack.
When lunchtime rolls around our Working lunch is the perfect choice to refuel everyone for afternoon sessions. -
After a productive day, it’s time to put on your best outfit ready for a celebration.
Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail hour in the Threshing Barn & Hen House before heading up to the Cow Shed for a delicious 3 course meal.Up to 21 guests (single occupancy) can stay at our Fancy Farm and we have local accommodation and transport companies we can recommend for your other guests.

Wake up and start your day with a team walk around Silchester’ s Roman ruins before returning for a hearty breakfast to get you ready for a day of team building activities on the lawns.
No afternoon at Silchester Farm would be complete without a flame cooked meal served from our outside kitchen under the Dutch Barn.
